Program overview

The Barnstormers is the travel baseball program affiliated with the Hayner Brothers Baseball Academy. The Barnstormers program was established in 2000. For six years we operated as a fall season only travel program.  In 2014, we re-established the Barnstormers as an 18u summer travel program giving players the opportunity to play and train in the fall, winter and summer.  For the '25/'26 travel season we will offer teams at the 13u, 14u 15u, 16u and 17u levels.  Tryouts for new teams are conducted in July and August.   For more information about try outs go to our tryout page.

We have been fortunate over the years to attract great players and families.  As our players pursue their baseball goals, we strive to help in the process and provide quality opportunities. We want a team of players that strive to be the best they can both collectively and individually. We build our teams by selecting players and families that fit into our team environment. We look for players that have the desire, tools and skill to play baseball at a high level. Our mission, is to play good, team baseball. Within that framework we help players continue to develop their baseball profile and thus improve their college opportunities. We want to build an atmosphere and culture that is conducive to fun, skill development and competitiveness. Our players typically come from many different high schools within 1.5 hours of our base of operations in Halfmoon. Players and families are committed to our program and it is our aim to provide the best possible travel baseball experience for each family.
