Hitting – stance, pre-pitch movement, swing approach, rotation, contact, follow through, inside pitch and opposite field approach, increasing bat speed, curve ball and off speed pitch approach, situations

In addition, each participant will develop an understanding of the adjustments he needs to make to become more consistent and ultimately, more successful, in the season ahead.
