Travel I-87 to Exit 9 and proceed East onto Route 146 (toward Mechanicville). Cross over Route 9 and travel 2.2 miles until you come to a traffic signal at the intersection of Route 146 and Route 236. Turn right onto Route 236 and travel 1 mile until you see The Sports Barn at the top of the hill.

From the South:

Travel I-87 to Exit 8A. Turn right onto Grooms Road and proceed to the 2nd traffic light. Cross Route 9 and turn left at the next traffic light onto Route 236. The Sports Barn is approximately 1.5 miles ahead on the left hand side.
